22nd May 2013 - Dreams do come true

so, if you have been following me on Instagram -

this is indeed a dream come true for me.

all this while, I've heard countless ex and current cabin crew ask "why do you want to fly? its the worst job ever!"

EASY FOR YOU TO SAY, SIMPLY COS YOU HAVE FLOWN BEFORE! super detest people who give "been there, done that" advice. they only talk about how nasty passengers can be, the draining long flights and jet-lags, impending health hazards, internal politics. how bout all the traveling opportunities that this job has presented to them? places they'd never have a chance to visit in this lifetime if not for this flying career. had anybody crushed their dreams before this, will they still have the chance to say that in my face?

sad as I am that I am leaving my current job, I'm more than ready to take on this new challenge. A much delayed adventure awaits me.
